Meet Dr. Caitlin Schultz, DDS
Dr. Caitlin Schultz’s personal mission is to improve a patient’s self esteem. She believes this may be accomplished by completing a smile makeover or through simply improving a patient’s wellness. Dr. Schultz strives to be the dentist that makes patients feel comfortable; she listens to her patients’ priorities and completes treatment to her patients’ satisfaction.
At a young age, she became witness to the concept that you not only have the ability to make someone smile, but you can change his or her smile. Due to an injury as a toddler, she had bruises on her permanent teeth. After years of dental treatment herself, she gained self-confidence and found herself wanting to show off her smile all the time. She quickly realized that she wanted to be able to provide this service to someone else one day.
Education and Continuing Education
Dr. Schultz graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Nutrition Science and a minor in Biochemistry before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry.
Dr. Schultz is committed to providing the latest advances in dental treatment to her patients. She has attended several dental conferences and is always seeking out continuing education courses to provide the best care for her patients.
Dr. Schultz is a member of the American Dental Association, Nebraska Dental Association, Omaha District Dental Society, and the Christian Dental Society.
Outside the Office
Dr. Schultz grew up in Fremont, NE. Her family since relocated to the Elkhorn area, making the choice of where to practice dentistry easier; close to family. She is excited to be closer to her family and looks forward to spending even more time with them, especially her nieces and nephews.
In the Community
Dr. Schultz has always been an active member of her community and has a long list of community service projects. Included in these community service projects are numerous hours spent educating elementary school students about their dental health. Dr. Schultz is a member of St. Patrick's Parish and is always looking to volunteer within the Omaha community.
